Grouch and Eligh-Say G&E

Artist: The Grouch & Eligh
Album: SAY G & E
Label: Legendary Music
Release Date: April 21, 2009

2009 marked a decade for this duo out of the Living Legends Crew. Dropping their 4th volume of G & E Music, SAY G & E, the first Grouch & Eligh release since 2003. A six year wait for fans produced high expectations for this album, and The Grouch & Eligh delivered in every way. Hearing the growth in experience the two have both gained since “No More Greener Grass Vol. 3 ” is impressive, with Eligh’s production seeming to reach a new level each time he produces an album. The Grouch possesses a style all his own, with a cadence and lyrical punch that stands alone. G & E have given us another album of clear, precise messages of righteousness laid over crisp, high effort beats. As the song indicates, these two practice what they preach by going “All In”. Easily the best work the two have done together, hopefully the success of this album inclines The Grouch & Eligh to not make us wait another six years for Vol. 5.
